At Amberjack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Pack and Ship
Ensure the shoes are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, then drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
